Invest your money profitably as a fixed-term deposit in a financial institution and make up to 10% profit annually
Advice on fixed-term deposits
In Ecuador there are various financial institutions that reward fixed-term deposits with good returns. I would be glad to advise you in this regard and support you in the opening process and also as a contact person for any questions you may have. I recommend one to three good, recognized and stable financial institutions where you can become an investor and you can decide for yourself which one is the best for you. In Ecuador, fixed deposits up to USD 32,000 are secured by a government institution per customer per institution. I therefore recommend any fixed-term deposit with a maximum initial capital of USD 32,000.
Here you can see an example calculation for a fixed-term deposit of USD 32,000 with a 9% interest rate for a period of 4 years:
The “final capital” value is based on the assumption that you want to bring it back abroad at the end of the corresponding term.
The example calculation for a period of 1 year can then be understood as follows (the fixed deposit or its corresponding renovation takes place every 6 months for this example): For 32,000 initial capital with an interest rate of 9%, you will receive approximately $2,880 annually in return. This creates a new capital of 34,880. If you want to bring the money back, you have to expect the so-called tax on foreign exchange outflows of 5% of the total capital, i.e. 1,744 USD. The return minus the tax payable would then be $1,136. I charge a fee of $250 each for advice on opening and closing. The whole thing results in a final profit of $636. But things look better for greater terms, as can be seen in the picture for two, three and four years (3,212, 5,788,...).

As seen on the example above, I recommend setting the money in 6-month periods and renovating or having them renovated regularly so that you can remain relatively flexible about the availability of your money over time. The interest rate for a term of 6 months is usually up to 9%. For periods of 1 year or more, the interest rate can increase to 10%. The regular renovations of an investment at the financial institution have no costs.
You may also hold two or more fixed-term deposits in parallel or at the same time in different financial institutions. Here you can see a sample calculation for two parallel investments of $32,000 each. You can have the return paid either at the end of each term or monthly. With the last option, you can use the returns directly at your residence place using a credit card.
The fees in this case are USD 250 per opening, and USD 250 per termination, plus the corresponding fees in the case of renovations.
I do not receive or invest the money by myself. I would advise you on the process of fixing the money as a fixed deposit in a well-known financial institution recognized by the state. I would act as a consultant, interpreter or translator and as contact person for any questions you may have during your investments.
